HEYDT / PUCKETT
Seattle, WA

This turn of the century home on Capitol Hill retained much of its original charm, but several remodels had left a non-functional kitchen and dated finishes. While the formal living spaces were well proportioned and beautiful, the kitchen, family room, and bathrooms were small and dark. Through the addition of a generous and elegant master bathroom over an existing exterior porch, and a new light filled great room overlooking the backyard, this charming home took on a new life. Contractor: Thomas Jacobson Construction.
