CHAPIN RESIDENCE
Mercer Island, WA

The owners of this 1920’s farmhouse lived in it for nearly a decade before embarking on this extensive remodel. This home’s updated detailing now recalls its original character. From push button light switches and glass door knobs, to bead board walls and ceilings, the character of the house was maintained while the floor plan was updated to meet the needs of a modern family. Contractor: Peter Davis Builders. Published: Seattle Times / Pacific Northwest Magazine, May 16, 2004.
